Working Together
Easy! Head over to our Plans & Pricing page on our website to browse our packages and select the one that's right for your business. From there, you'll fill out a short intake form and complete a secure checkout. No calls, no back-and-forth. Once you're in, we'll take it from there.
Not much! You'll need: access to your social media account(s) (we'll walk you through how to grant us posting access securely), a few notes on your business (what you do, who your customers are, and your general tone/vibe), and any logos, brand colors, or photos you'd like us to use (optional but helpful). That's it. We handle everything else.
Once you're onboarded, we'll set up a shared Google Drive folder where you can drop any images, videos, drone footage, or other content you'd like us to incorporate into your social media. Simply share your files to chloe@censational.net and we'll take it from there.
Once your payment is processed and your intake form is complete, you can expect to receive your first round of marketing collateral within 1–2 weeks. We'll send you a full content preview before anything goes live so you can review and approve everything first.
No contracts, no lock-ins. All packages are month-to-month subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with the required notice.

Yes. All clients must sign the CENsational Media & Marketing, LLC Client Acquisition & Service Agreement via DocuSign before any work begins. Please visit our Client Agreement page to review and sign before completing your purchase. If you purchase first, a DocuSign link will automatically be sent to your checkout email.
